As we wrap up the last days of Dry July, it’s well worth a look at how some of your favourite non-alcoholic drinks are produced.

This excellent article from SevenFifty Daily explores some of the techniques (and some of the challenges) covering a few notable producers. It’s well worth a read here.

One name that pops up in that article is Ara/Giesen Chief Winemaker Duncan Shouler. Kaddy Community spoke exclusively to Duncan last week about non-alcoholic wines (plus the future of Marlborough).
