While it's quite a US perspective. this VinePair article published last week dives into the popularity of wine-based seltzers to find out whether this is just a repeat of West Coast Coolers all over again.
It's an interesting read because this is a category that locally is still in its infancy, with most local seltzers less focused on promoting a wine base (even when it is wine used as the core ingredient). Certainly, I came away thinking that this category will only grow as it is taken more seriously locally.
